Please use the form found at the bottom of the page to book group tickets. Please provide all requested information.
Group discount rate applies to groups of 20 or more visitors.
Free entry is provided for Blue Badge and STGA guides on presentation of credentials.
If paying on arrival (card payment only), please arrange for the group leader to settle the payment at the kiosk before the group enters the grounds. The group leader must ensure that all members of the group are present before tickets are purchased.
Parking
We offer free of charge coach parking spaces for groups who have pre-booked their visit and are paying to enter the Castle.
A fee of £50 per vehicle will apply to photography or sightseeing groups who wish to use the coach park but are not visiting the Castle.
DUE TO THE LEVEL OF GROUP BOOKINGS, PARKING REQUIRES TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. COACHES ARE REQUIRED TO ARRIVE AT THE DESIGNATED BOOKING TIME - PARKING AVAILABILITY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED IF THE ALLOCATED TIME IS MISSED.
Toilet facilities at the coach park are available during the high season (1st April to mid-September). If you are visiting out of the high season and do not plan to enter the Castle, please ensure you make adequate provision for your guests regarding toilet stops on route as unfortunately we are unable to provide toilet facilities during this time.
Refreshments
C&L Catering serves award winning, locally sourced refreshments from the kiosk next to the Castle car park. Refreshments include hot and cold drinks, snacks and hot food.
We are currently in the process of submitting planning permission for a Visitor Centre, which will provide a purpose built café and shop facility and will cater to tour operators and groups. Keep up to date with Visitor Centre progress here.
